The following information provides an overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website or use our services. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.

Hosting: This website is hosted by OVHcloud (OVH SAS, 2 Rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France). When you visit our website, OVH processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and access times on the basis of a data processing agreement in compliance with Art. 28 GDPR. 2. Data We Collect

Data is collected either when you actively provide it (e.g. by submitting a server to our database) or automatically by our systems when you visit the website (e.g. browser type, operating system, time of access, IP address).

3. Payment Processing

All purchases are handled exclusively through an external Tebex store operated independently at dripleafnet.tebex.io. This website merely links to that store. We have no technical integration with Tebex and do not receive, process, or store any payment data, billing information, or personal financial details. Tebex acts as the merchant of record and handles all checkout, payment, and related data processing entirely under their own privacy policy: tebex.io/terms-creator-agreement/privacy-policy

Upon a successful purchase, we store only the following on our servers: the duration of the purchased digital product and the Minecraft username and UUID of the associated account. No other personal data is received or stored by us in connection with a purchase.

4. dripleaf Minecraft Mod

dripleaf offers an optional Minecraft client mod that integrates with the dripleaf API. By installing and using the mod, you acknowledge the following data processing practices.

Automatic background lookups: The mod can automatically query the dripleaf API for other players visible on the same server while you are connected. This feature is opt-in and only active if you have explicitly enabled it in the mod settings.

Data transmitted per request:

• Minecraft username and/or UUID of the player being looked up
• Your IP address (transmitted as part of every standard HTTP request)

Local storage: The mod writes a configuration file to disk containing your personal mod settings (e.g. keybinds, enabled features such as the auto background lookup or live filter, and selected theme). No personal data or player profiles are stored in this file. Additionally, official Mojang cape textures may be downloaded and cached in the mod's config folder the first time they are needed. This cache is fetched once, contains no personal data, and amounts to less than 10 MB in total.

API-side processing: The dripleaf API uses the submitted username or UUID solely to return publicly available player data already listed on dripleaf.net - equivalent to performing a manual search on the website. No persistent profiles are created as a result of mod lookups. IP addresses may appear in server log files as described in Section 7.

Third-party players: When the mod looks up other players on the same server, those players have not explicitly consented to that lookup at that moment. However, the data retrieved is limited exclusively to information that is already publicly accessible on dripleaf.net.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The processing is limited to publicly available data, no profiles are built or retained, and the impact on data subjects is minimal. You may stop all mod-related API requests at any time by disabling or uninstalling the mod.

5. Discord Integration (Login & Account Linking)

We offer the option to link your Discord account to your Minecraft account to enable a seamless login experience. If you choose to log in or link your account via Discord, you will be redirected to Discord's OAuth2 authorization page.

Data we collect: Upon successful authorization, we receive and store your Discord User ID and your Discord username. This data is strictly used to identify you upon subsequent logins and to map your Discord identity to your associated Minecraft account.

Data sharing: We do not share your linked Discord data with any third parties. You may unlink your Discord account at any time from your account settings, which will immediately delete the association from our database.

Data retention: Your Discord data is retained for the duration of your account linkage and will be deleted immediately upon unlinking your Discord account.

Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You initiate the login and linking process voluntarily. You may withdraw your consent at any time by unlinking your Discord account in your account settings.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

This website uses cookies and local storage exclusively for essential technical purposes (such as maintaining your login session and ensuring security during authentication) and for functional preferences (such as remembering your previously entered username). We do not use any cookies for analytics, tracking, or advertising purposes.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These cookies are strictly necessary for the technical operation of the website and do not require consent under § 25 Abs. 2 TDDDG.

7. Server Log Files

Our servers automatically record the following data with each request:

• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Referrer URL
• Hostname of the accessing device
• Date and time of the request
• IP address (anonymized)

This data is not combined with other data sources and is processed solely on the basis of our legitimate interest in the technically sound operation of our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server log files are automatically deleted after 14 days.

8. User-Generated Content

When you submit a Minecraft server to our database, the following is stored and made publicly visible:

• Server IP address or domain
• Server port
• Server metadata (MOTD, version, player count, favicon)
• Submission timestamp

We do not store personal information about who submitted a server unless explicitly provided.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The publication of submitted server data forms the core purpose of our service.

9. Data Retention

Server database entries are retained indefinitely as they form the core of our service. Product data (purchased rank duration and associated Minecraft account) is retained for as long as the product remains active.

10. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, as well as to object to its processing. Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

11. Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable law.

12. International Data Transfers

Purchases made via the external Tebex store are subject to Tebex's own international data transfer arrangements. We do not transfer any personal data directly to third countries outside the EU/EEA.

13. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe your child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
