As part of the Minecraft Dungeons II Cape promotion, players could unlock the Twisted Cape by pre-ordering the game prior to its release on September 29, 2026. Following the launch, players were required to log into Minecraft Dungeons II, and subsequently into standard Minecraft using the exact same Microsoft account. Completing these steps granted them access to the cape across both the Java and Bedrock editions of Minecraft.
